Preparing for college can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone! Our College Application Prep Course not only guides students through essays, the Common App, financial aid, and deadlines, but also helps them discover what makes them unique. Through the personal statement, students rediscover their strengths, gain confidence, and present their most authentic selves in applications—all with personalized support and expert feedback until the application deadline.

Programs Offered

  • Crash Course

    Length: 1–2 Months

    A last-minute, intensive program for students applying close to deadlines, between October and December). Focuses on crafting personal statements, building a strong Common App profile, and completing financial aid applications in time for submission.

  • Basic

    Length: 3-4 Months

    A focused program beginning in the fall of senior year, from September to December. Students receive comprehensive personal statement preparation, guidance in organizing accolades and activities, support with financial aid applications, and a full submission review before deadlines.

  • Standard

    Length: 5-6 Months

    A mid-length program running July to December. Students have time to clarify their goals, reflect on purpose, and build authentic personal statements. Includes all services from the Crash Course and Basic programs, with the added benefit of early starts and multiple essay draft cycles for deeper refinement. Early Actions\ applications preparations can only be made through Standard or Full Prep programs.

  • Full Prep

    Length 7-10 Months

    Begins any time in the application year to maximize planning and reduce stress. Provides extended time for goal-setting, personal statement development, multiple draft cycles, and comprehensive guidance — from college list building to in-depth school research — ensuring every part of the application is strong and the students gets to truly decide where they want to be.

Program Breakdown

Part 1 :
Building the Foundation and Research

We begin by setting up the Common App profile, identifying target schools, and clarifying personal goals. Students also review essay prompts and application questions to start preparing strategically.

Part 2 :
Self-Discovery & Drafting

This month focuses on personal rediscovery—uncovering meaningful experiences, values, and strengths. Students begin outlining and drafting their personal statement, aiming for an authentic first draft.

Part 3 :
Showcasing Achievements

While refining essays, students take stock of their academic, extracurricular, and personal accomplishments. We work on presenting these effectively in the Common App to highlight their full potential.

Part 4 :
Refinement & Mentoring

Students receive in-depth feedback on their essays, improving clarity, style, and impact. Mentoring sessions help refine their voice and ensure their story stands out.

Part 5 :
Polishing & Confidence-Building

Essays go through additional rounds of refinement with close guidance. Students build confidence in their applications and strengthen their ability to communicate their story.

Part 6 :
Financial Aid & Finalization

We cover financial aid strategies and ensure all resources are in place for applications. Essays and applications are polished, finalized, and submitted on time with confidence.
